His knives have stood the test of time. He has made and sold thousands over these years. This is a new unused file knife. NOTE: I am a dealer for Anza knives. Charlie Davis, the owner, has entered into an agreement with me that he will grind the blades, leaving off his handles allowing me to put my handle on. I do this with a limited number of blades. I still sell many of Anza's regular line-up. He agreed as long as I use: ANZA by LEE description. Charlie is not involved in my adding handles and does not warranty my work. I appreciate Charlie allowing me to embilish his fine knives. This is a new unused Anza knife. The blade is original, as Charlie made it. A nice all purpose I added 3 sections of scales. Black micarta, touquoise, and black micarta. Each section is held on with 416 stainless pins. I left the butt just as Charlie would showing "mill bastard on one side and Nichols on the other side. Bright blade with Charlie's file work along the top edge. I etched my logo ANZA by LEE on one side of the blade. Large finger groove for index finger. 8 3/8" oal, 3.75" blade, .7/8" wide, 3/16 thick. I applied a dark brown dye to the Anza leather sheath that came with the knife. included. Charlie leaves some of the original file on the blade. Customers Also Purchased |
